We offer a nationwide delivery service and also offer free Click & Collect from the TileStyle Warehouse in Ballymount, Dublin 22.

Delivery

Our delivery service is a kerbside delivery service. This means that when the order is delivered, it will be left at the nearest accessible location outside the property building, providing there is a solid smooth surface suitable to operate a pallet truck.

For insurance reasons, the courier is unable to carry any material into the building. Please ensure you have suitable help to carry the goods into your property.

Deliveries are made through a network of local and national delivery partners from Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm).

We aim to deliver items we have in stock within 3-5 working days (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays) from the date of order. The lead time for samples may be longer depending on availability. We will notify you once your order has been dispatched for delivery. Please ensure that someone is at the property to accept the delivery.

Items we don’t have in stock and special order items will need to be ordered in, the website product page provides an approximate lead time for that item. These lead times are subject to change depending on product availability. We will notify you once all your items have arrived at our warehouse and the order has been dispatched to you.

Delivery charges depend on the type of product, weight and quantity you are purchasing as well as the delivery location. Please visit our Delivery Information page for more information and a breakdown of delivery charges.

Click & Collect

You can also collect your order free of charge from the TileStyle Warehouse in Ballymount, Dublin 22.

Please select the Click & Collect option at the website checkout and we will notify you once your order is available for collection from the TileStyle Warehouse.

The below only applies when you make a purchase online from our website.

You have the right to cancel your order and return any stocked goods, any time before and up to fourteen days from the day after the goods are received by you, provided that the goods and packaging are in perfect and resalable condition.

Please note that you will be responsible for arranging to return the goods and will also be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. A refund of the value of the goods will be made upon our receipt of the returned goods once they have been inspected in our warehouse.

Please note: cancellation of special order or unstocked goods will not be accepted once your order has been processed online and no returns or exchange will be possible for these goods.

In addition to this, goods sold as part of a Sale, promotion, clearance or as ex-display will not be accepted for return or exchange after the 14 day ‘cooling off period’ has ceased. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.
