Delivery Information

Our delivery service is a kerbside delivery service. This means that when the order is delivered, it will be left at the nearest accessible location outside the property building or apartment block, providing there is a solid smooth surface suitable to operate a pallet truck.

Pallet deliveries will usually arrive by a tail lift vehicle and will be dropped to the nearest accessible location to the property.

For insurance reasons, the courier is unable to carry any goods into the building. Please ensure you have suitable help to carry the goods into your property.

If we are unable to deliver an order to the delivery address provided, either due to access issues or in the event that no one is at the address to accept the delivery, a redelivery charge may apply. We will contact you if this is the case to arrange payment and to then reschedule the delivery.

The below delivery charges include VAT and are applicable to online orders placed on TileStyle.ie.

The delivery charge depends on the item, the weight and the quantity you are purchasing as well as the delivery location.

In most cases tiles, even small quantities with a low weight, need to be delivered on a pallet rather than as a parcel to minimise the risk of breakages. Pallet deliveries will be delivered to the nearest accessible location to the property.

Certain items such as baths, shower screens, shower trays, basins, WC's, mirrors, bathroom furniture and other large items also need to be delivered on a pallet due to their size and to minimise the risk of damage.

Certain wood flooring packs need to be delivered on a double pallet due to the length of the product.

The delivery charges listed above are for delivery within the Republic of Ireland only. We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland from our website. If you would like to place an order for delivery to Northern Ireland, please contact our Showroom.

Deliveries are made through a network of local and national delivery partners from Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm).

We aim for delivery of items we have in stock to be made within 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays) from the date of order. Lead time for cut samples may take slightly longer. We will notify you once your order has been dispatched for delivery.

Please note that there will be certain occasions, or delivery locations where deliveries take longer. Please consider this when booking installation.

Non-stocked / Special order items will need to be ordered in especially, and the website product page provides an approximate lead time for that item. Please note that the indicated lead times are subject to change depending on product availability. We will notify you once all your items have arrived at our warehouse and the order has been dispatched to you.
