We offer a free Click & Collect service from TileStyle Warehouse in Ballymount, Dublin 22.  To choose this option, please select the ‘Click & Collect’ option at the checkout.

• Stocked items: We aim for stocked items to be available for collection within 2 working days of the order being placed.
• Cut samples: Lead time for cut samples may take slightly longer.
• Non-stocked/special order items: Non-stocked or special order items will need to be ordered in specifically, and the website product page provides an approximate lead time for this available for collection.

We will notify you when your order is available for collection. 

Orders can only be collected from the TileStyle Warehouse and cannot be collected from the TileStyle Showroom. Our warehouse is closed on weekends. Collections and returns are available Monday to Friday only.

Please give your order number to our warehouse team, and the order will then be prepared for you. 

All orders must be collected within 14 days of the goods being available from our warehouse.
