Orders can only be collected from the TileStyle Warehouse and cannot be collected from the TileStyle Showroom.

All orders must be collected from our warehouse within 3 working days of the agreed collection date.

Collecting Your Order

Warehouse location

Our warehouse is located in Merrywell Industrial Estate. This is less than a five-minute drive from our Ballymount retail showroom. Click here for directions.

Collection times

Orders can be collected Monday to Friday from 9.00am - 5.00pm and Saturdays 9.00am - 2.30pm. Orders must be collected within three days of the selected collection date chosen at checkout. For bank holiday hours, please check our warehouse opening hours here.

What to do when you get there

When you arrive at the warehouse, you will find ample free parking. Please proceed to the reception area and present your order to one of our team members at the desk.

Order processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. There will be a short wait; our team will give you an estimated waiting time for your order.

Wait times can vary

Some days are busier than others. If there’s a longer waiting time than usual, our warehouse team will let you know. We appreciate your patience and understanding with this.
