Every retail project has its own visual identity, practical requirements, programme and budget. Our commercial team works with the wider project team to understand these priorities and guide the material selection for individual fit-outs, refurbishments and multi-site programmes.

The team can support selections for floors, walls, washrooms, back-of-house areas and external applications with a wide range of tiles, natural stone, wood, laminate and LVT flooring as we as specialist surfaces for complex projects or statement designs. We begin with the design direction, intended application, care requirements, budget and programme, then help the project team review relevant samples and technical information.

For repeat formats or rollouts, clarity and consistency matter. We can coordinate specifications and supply across new openings, refurbishments and changes of use, with agreed stockholding for selected repeat products available by arrangement.

Our retail work includes projects for Dunnes Stores, SPAR, Mace, Londis and Gala, alongside Avoca, Arnotts, Brown Thomas, Peter Mark, Insomnia, Subway and Sprout.
