A Process made Easy For You

6 Steps To Your Dream Bathroom

Step 1 – Your First Consultation

Here you can discuss your requirements and wish list and begin the process of selecting and designing your bathroom. Bring along your measurements and sketch layout of the bathroom as well as any inspirational images you have and photographs of your existing bathroom. This is an important meeting so you should allow 1-2 hours in order to discuss your ideas and requirements in detail. You can read more about our bathroom consultations here.

Step 2 – Home Consultation

Once you decide to avail of our installation service, your bathroom designer will book a home consultation with our installation team. A project manager will visit and survey your bathroom, take photos and measurements, review existing plumbing, access and requirements. They will discuss the possibilities for your bathroom with you and how we can help achieve your desired look.

Step 3 – Bring Your Design to Life

After your home consultation, our project manager will liaise with your bathroom designer who will then create a customised 3D drawing package. This includes overhead and elevation rendered drawings and a floor plan. With this you will receive a detailed quotation outlining your selected bathroom products and installation fee. This is an exciting step. Your bathroom designer will arrange a consultation to review everything with you at this point making any necessary changes regarding product selection and budget before finalising your bathroom design.

Step 4 – Order Confirmation

Once finalised and agreed upon, we require payment in full for products and 50% of the installation fee to secure the installation date. An exact timeframe will be confirmed by our customer service team who will keep you updated at all times.

Step 5 – Delivery & Installation

Our customer service team will call in advance to confirm the delivery date. Your bathroom will be delivered to site by our professional and skilled in-house installation team. Typically, it will take 5-10 working days to complete one bathroom installation, depending on the size of the space and the technical elements involved. Full payment for products & installation is required 2 weeks before the commencement of work.

Step 6 – Enjoy your new bathroom with confidence

Our project manager will go through a final checklist with you on-site before you sign off. You will also receive a follow-on call from our dedicated after-sales team two weeks after project completion to ensure you are fully satisfied.
