TileStyle partnered with Springwood Developments to supply sanitary ware and tiles for the ensuite and main bathrooms in the apartments along with wall and floor tiles for the kitchens. Tiles were selected from our Residential Collection, a new and comprehensive offering of tiles especially created for the residential development market.
Ensuite and main bathrooms throughout are fresh and contemporary with modern, quality sanitary ware fittings. Walls and floors feature a timeless Carrara marble effect tile from our Residential Collection creating a stylish and modern look.
Kitchens throughout feature a warm, concrete effect floor tile from our Residential Collection and a classic white Metro style wall tile.
Following the initial product selection process with Springwood Developments, TileStyle worked closely with Underwater Ltd, the main flooring contractor on site regarding schedules. Working to a tight schedule with specific delivery dates and a lack of storage space on site were some of the main challenges on this project. As a solution and to minimise possible delays, TileStyle's experienced Residential Developments team provided a hands on, project management approach and agreed to hold 12 weeks of stock at a time in our warehouse facilty. This allowed stock to be called off on demand, avoiding disruption. Our next day delivery service ensured that tight schedules were met.
