Located in the heart of Blanchardstown Corporate Park, the Stemple Exchange development is modern, dynamic and immediately impresses.
The development comprises two contemporary, six-storey over-basement office buildings with underground and surface car parking featuring e-charging points. The buildings are mirror images of each other, each one extending to 15,800sqm. A landscaped plaza connects the two buildings providing a natural outdoor meeting space.
TileStyle's Professional Services team worked closely with TOT Architects supplying wall and floor tiles from our global partner Terratinta of Italy, a BCorp Certified company. Tiles were supplied for both buildings throughout bathroom and shower areas, lobbies, less-abled bathrooms and office spaces.
An essential requirement of the brief to TileStyle was that all tiles complied with slip resistance regulations (PTV) and light reflectance values (LRV). The design team at TOT Architects chose large format tiles to complement the spacious atrium area and create a modern workspace with cohesive and complementary finishes.
The buildings have been designed with large open plan floor spaces to allow maximum flexibility for multi or single tenant use and feature an on-site gym and cafe.
The development has achieved LEED v4 Gold Standard Certification and both buildings achieved outstanding results for air tightness testing and are Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB). The project focused on the sustainability of the site, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality and innovation in design.
