The latest project from our Premium Homes team is the stylish interior of two new build mews houses on the site of the historic Molyneux House in Leeson Park, close to Dublin's city centre.
Neo Gothic in architectural style, this granite building dates back to 1862 and in recent years has since been converted into 10 beautiful, high end apartments which TileStyle originally worked on. The two new build mews houses are the latest addition to this historic site.
Headed up by Jacqueline Walsh, TileStyle's Premium Homes team provided a co-ordinated project solution for the architect, Smith+Kennedy Architects. TileStyle designed, supplied and installed a bespoke Porcelanosa kitchen in each mews house. The bathrooms in each property feature sanitary ware and contemporary wall and floor tiles from Porcelanosa. Kahrs wood flooring features throughout the living and kitchen areas and the stairs in each house.
