A majestic new build family home in the calm and secluded countryside of County Kildare is the site of our latest Premium Homes project.
Having worked with the client on previous projects, Jacqueline Walsh, our Head of Premium Homes knew to expect an experienced and practical approach for this project.
Jacqueline met the client in TileStyle's showroom for the initial consultation. The brief was to design a bright, airy and light filled family home with high end interior finishes. The client had a clear vision and wanted a classic contemporary look for the home but had trust and confidence in TileStyle for guidance on product selection.
The completed project doesn't disappoint, with beautiful products throughout the home selected from many of our international brands such as, Porcelanosa, Ca' Pietra, Florim and Cielo. The choice of black and white tumbled marble floor tiles from Ca' Pietra in the entrance hallway welcomes you and sets the scene perfectly.
The expansive open plan kitchen and dining area successfully achieves a classic contemporary style with neutral base tones and features large format Bottega Caliza floor tiles from Porcelanosa.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility and bootroom area which has a charming classic style with tumbled Lucca limestone floor tiles from Ca' Pietra.
With beautiful proportions throughout, this light filled home has four bathrooms where the client has skilfully used colour by selecting elegant vanity units from Burbidge, expressing personality with some added classic touches. Keen to achieve a seamless look with minimal grout lines, the client opted for large format floor and wall tiles with the wall tiles finishing at dado height. Brushed brass fixtures and accessories feature in each bathroom with light fittings from Astro Lighting and mirrors from Cielo adding detailed touches and a nod to the classic contemporary look.
The ground floor bathroom is the show stopper. Spacious and well proportioned, it features a luxurious freestanding bath from Kaldewei and a stunning Pale Rose vanity unit by Burbidge.
Sanitary ware and Glem White floor and wall tiles are from Porcelanosa with a brushed brass shower wall from the Arysto range from Merlyn
The master ensuite features beautiful large format floor and wall tiles from Florim. Sanitary ware is from Porcelanosa with an elegant Mink coloured vanity unit from Burbidge. In the remaining ensuite bathrooms, sanitary ware and Glem White floor and wall tiles are from Porcelanosa with Mallard Green vanity units from Burbidge.
