AirPower: More volume due to air admixture

Mixes water generously with air. The enriched drops are luscious, light and soothing on the skin and fall back in the washbasin with less splashing. The invaluable water resource is used more efficiently.

ComfortZone: Variable height fittings

Greater freedom of movement when washing hands and hair or filling containers: The more precise the fit of the tap, the greater the convenience in the daily use of water. We call this individual use space between the tap and the ceramics the ComfortZone.#

EcoSmart: Save water and energy

This tap consumes only 5 l/min - significantly less water than conventional taps. And without any compromise on comfort. Since much less water needs to be heated, it also reduces energy costs. Very resource-friendly!

QuickClean: Less limescale, more pleasure

Who likes cleaning? Limescale deposits and dirt disappear in an instant. You can rub off the flexible silicone lamellae or nubs with your finger. This takes no time at all and minimises the cleaning effort.

We offer nationwide delivery. We also offer Click & Collect from the TileStyle Warehouse in Ballymount, Dublin 22.

Delivery

It is a door to door delivery service. Delivery charges depend on the type of product, weight and quantity you are purchasing as well as the delivery location. Please visit our Delivery Information page for more information and a breakdown of delivery charges.

In most cases tiles, even quantities with a low weight, need to be delivered on a pallet rather than as a parcel to minimise the risk of breakages.

Certain items, such as baths, shower screens, shower trays, basins, WCs, mirrors, bathroom furniture and other larger items also need to be delivered on a pallet due to their size and to minimise the risk of damage.

Deliveries that arrive on a pallet(s) will be dropped to the nearest accessible location. For insurance and health and safety regulations, our delivery partners are unable to carry any material into your property. As your delivery will most likely include heavy items, we advise you to arrange assistance to load the goods into your house.

We aim to deliver items we have in stock within 3-5 working days (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays) from the date of order. We will notify you once your order has been dispatched for delivery to you.

Our courier partners will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside of their control and we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. Please consider this when booking installation.

Items we don’t have in stock and special order items will need to be ordered in, the website product page provides an approximate lead time for that item. Please note that the indicated lead times are subject to change depending on product availability. We will notify you once all your items have arrived at our warehouse and the order has been dispatched to you.

Returns

The below only applies when you make a purchase online from our website.

You have the right to cancel your order and return any stocked goods, any time before and up to fourteen days from the day after the goods are received by you, provided that the goods and packaging are in perfect and resalable condition.

Please note that you will be responsible for arranging to return the goods and will also be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. A refund of the value of the goods will be made upon our receipt of the returned goods once they have been inspected in our warehouse.

However, cancellation of special order or unstocked goods will not be accepted once your order has been processed online and no returns or exchange will be available.
