TileStyle Supporting The Arts


TileStyle has always been associated with the arts and we have been involved in many projects over the years, including the innovative “Art of Rubbish” campaign, hosting exhibitions for photography, sculpture, jewellery and ceramic art.

Since 2008 TileStyle has sponsored two awards at the Business To Arts awards. The Jim McNaughton / TileStyle €10,000 Artist Bursary and The Jim McNaughton / TileStyle Perpetual Award for Best Commissioning Practice.

The Jim McNaughton / TileStyle €10,000 Artist Bursary


Each year we support new talent through the “Jim McNaughton/TileStyle €10,000 Artist Bursary”, which is awarded annually at the Business to Arts Awards in honour of the founder of TileStyle, the late Jim McNaughton. 


2025 Bursary Winner

The 2025 bursary was awarded to Manar Al Shouha, a Syrian-born painter based in Dublin. She plans to develop her first solo exhibition in Ireland, exploring new mediums such as printmaking, and expanding her international presence.

The Jim McNaughton Perpetual Award For Best Commissioning Practice


The “Jim McNaughton Perpetual Award for Best Commissioning Practice” rewards excellence and best practice in the commissioning or artists and creatives by companies. The award recognises commissioning across all art forms.
