Job title: Ecommerce Executive

Role Overview:

Reporting into the Head of Ecommerce, this role will be supporting on all aspects of Ecommerce and digital activity to drive Ecommerce sales. The role will provide you with a great breadth of experience across digital workstreams and you will be responsible for day to day management of the TileStyle Ecommerce website, also working closely with the TileStyle Marketing team, other internal stakeholders and our external digital agency and suppliers.

This is a new role and a great opportunity to join TileStyle at the start of its Ecommerce journey and play a crucial part in developing the Ecommerce channel for the business.


  • Day to day website management in conjunction with the Head of Ecommerce.
  • Full ownership of website product management: gathering relevant product information and assets from suppliers, managing web attributes within our Enterprise Resource Planning System, uploading product information into the Shopify platform.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly Ecommerce reporting using Google Analytics and Shopify platform
  • Compiling site optimisation recommendations based on your analysis and insights.
  • Monitoring and responding to website customer queries.
  • Web order management: creating sales orders, liaising with Warehouse team on web order fulfilment and communicating with customers accordingly.
  • Ensuring the TileStyle website reflects current business stance and brand messaging across the customer journey.
  • Working with Head of Ecommerce and Marketing team on Digital roadmap.
  • Work with relevant internal stakeholders to understand business requirements for website development projects.
  • Work with our Digital Agency and external designer on execution of requirements.
  • Regular website and customer journey testing to ensure it functions as expected, raising any issues with our Digital agency for further investigation and resolution.
  • Support Digital Marketing Executive on day to day management of social media, onsite content and digital marketing activity to drive website traffic.
  • Monitoring and analysis of competitor websites and customer communications
  • Keeping up to date with competitor digital activity and ecommerce industry trends.




  • Passionate about digital and customer experience.
  • Experience of day-to-day website and product management on a transactional retail website.
  • Website platform experience essential. Shopify platform experience an advantage but not essential.
  • Good working knowledge of using Google Analytics to understand and analyse website performance and site visitor behaviour and make recommendations.
  • Working with external providers to deliver website updates and digital activity.
  • Knowledge of digital acquisition channels: Google Adwords PPC, Remarketing, Display, SEO and social media channels an advantage.
  • Flexible with the ability to juggle projects and ongoing tasks, working to deadlines and changing projects requirements and priorities.
  • Experience of building strong working relationships across business areas.
